By reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use of Bethawk, a User acknowledges that he/she is aware of and agrees with the following:

·       A User of www.bethawk.com has sole responsibility for the manner in which they use the Site, which is expected to be in a way which does not infringe the Rights of or restrict or inhibit use or enjoyment of the Service by any other persons.

·       A User is strictly prohibited from including or creating links to or from the Site.

·       A User is strictly prohibited from changing or removing anything on the Site.

·       A User is strictly prohibited from changing or removing any copyright, trademark or intellectual property right notices contained in the original material or from any material copied or printed from the Site.

·       A User is strictly prohibited from copying or using any material from the Site for any commercial purposes or spamming.

·       A User of Bethawk should be 18 years of age or over.

A User can only use the Site and anything available from the Site, for lawful purposes and must comply with all applicable Laws, Statutes and Regulations at present enforced.

·       Bethawk is in no way responsible for any resultant financial loss following activity based upon information disseminated from Bethawk.com.  A user engages in any wagering activity at their own risk. Refunds are not offered.

·       Bethawk reserves the right to change stated subscription rates at any time and without advance notice. 
Bethawk cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty but We will correct reported faults as soon as we reasonably can. If a fault occurs please click here to inform us.

·       Bethawk may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Service for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give you as much notice as is reasonable practical. We will restore the Service at the earliest opportunity after temporary suspension and any compensation for such a suspension will be discretionary. We shall not be liable to you for any further loss which may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.
