What debit/credit cards can I use?
Visa Card, Master Card, Euro Card, Switch Card, Delta Card and SOLO.

In addition to credit/debit cards, what other methods of payment do you accept?
We provide about 30 deposit methods; the majority are specific to each countries. For example, we provide the following for our UK users (in addition to credit- and debit cards): bank transfer, regular cheque and Moneybookers.

I want to deposit money from a bank account, how do I do it?
First, go in to My account => Deposit and choose Bank transfer as your payment method. You will see the details of the bank accounts you can deposit to. Don't forget to use your Betsson user name as reference.

I have deposited money via a bank transfer. When is the balance available for betting on my Betsson account?
Provided that you have given the correct reference number (your Betsson user name) with the transfer, it shouldn’t take more than two days for the money to be available in your Betsson account.

Can I deposit money in any other currency than euro?
No, all deposits must be made in euros. However; when using credit/debit cards the transaction is automatically converted into euros by the card issuer. All you have to do is enter the amount you want to deposit in euros and the bank will automatically convert it (this is important for UK users, the amount you are entering will refer to the number of euros).

Is my deposited money safe with Betsson?
Yes, all customers deposits are held in a bank account with Barclays Bank, in London, UK and are kept separately from Betsson’s operational accounts.

How can I withdraw money?
You can make withdrawals to your bank account or to moneybookers.

How does the commission system work?
Our commission rate is 4% on net winnings. Betsson’s business model is based upon commission from our customers net winnings. When placing a bet no commission is taken. When a bet is won by either party, Betsson will take commission from the net winnings of the winning party.

The commission is calculated as net winnings per market. For example, if you win €100 on a market and at the same time lose €40 on the same market, your net winnings will only be €60 (€100 win - €40 loss). You will then pay commission at the rate of 4% on the €60.

Can I change the time/date format?

I prefer to see and use periods instead of commas. Is that possible?

I have forgotten my password, how do I get it?
In the upper right corner of the site (provided you haven't logged in) is a link called Forgotten password. Click it and follow the on screen instructions to receive a password reminder.

Fill in your username and your e-mail. If all the information is correct your security question will appear. Answer this correctly and the password will be sent to your e-mail registered address.

Is my personal information safe with you?
Yes. All delicate information sent between your web browser and our servers is encrypted. If you choose to register credit or debit card information with us, this information is stored encrypted in our database.
